Hey, friends! I’m popping in with a quick post tonight to share the jaw-droppingly epic cover and synopsis for Gillian Bronte Adams’s new epic fantasy series! It’s been a while since Gillian has released a new book, and I am so, so excited to see what amazing new story she’s cooked up!
Without further ado, here are the cover and synopsis!

She rides a fireborn, a steed of fire and ash, trained for destruction.
Ceridwen tal Desmond dreams of ruling like her father over the nation of Soldonia, where warriors ride to battle on magical steeds—soaring on storm winds, vanishing in shadow, quaking the earth, and summoning the sea. After a tragic accident claims her twin brother, she is exiled and sworn to atonement by spending her life—or death—for her people.
But when invaders spill onto Soldonia’s shores and traitors seize upon the chaos to murder her father, Ceridwen claims the crown to keep the nation from splintering. Combatting overwhelming odds and looming civil war, she begins to wonder if the greatest threat to the kingdom may, in fact, be her.
With fire before her and ash in her wake, how can she hope to unite instead of destroy?

I just realized today that every other post I’ve published in the past few months has been a cover reveal. Oops! But hey, I love supporting authors! I do promise that I have more variety coming soon, though. *grins*
Doesn’t this book sound amazing? Have you read any of Gillian Bronte Adams’s books? What have you been reading recently? (I got Goodreads a couple months ago, and I love it so far! The link to my profile is in my sidebar.) Let’s chat in the comments!

YES, it really is!!
Sweet! I’ve heard a lot about Thirst; I’ve only read Jill Williamson’s Blood of Kings trilogy. I’ve read the entire KotLC series (currently released, anyway), too. I hope you like it if you read it!
Fun! It is super awesome!!

This sounds REALLY good; the whole royalty theme along with the fantastical, elemental powers intrigues me so much. Interestingly, Gillian Bronte Adams is something of a colleague of mine: we both write for The Cultivating Project!
(I also confess to being very interested these days in cover reveals and any kind of publishing promotion, since I’ll be doing all of that within the next few months. Your last two posts have been *very* interesting and helpful!)

I just realized I used the word “interesting” one too many times…and I’m gonna blame it on my slightly-frazzled, I’m-trying-to-meet-a-lot-of-deadlines-right-now-and-it’s-making-me-crazy brain, haha!
